How do I book a plot?

Choose a plot via the Plot Finder or during a site visit, submit the booking form with a copy of your CNIC, and pay the 25% down payment via cheque, bank draft or online transfer. Your file is issued within 7 working days.

Can overseas Pakistanis book remotely?

Absolutely. Overseas clients can complete the entire process remotely — video site tours, digital document submission and international bank transfer. A nominated representative can collect your file, or we can courier it.

What payment plans are available?

All Phase 2 plots are on a simple plan: 25% down payment followed by 48 equal monthly installments — for example, a 5 Marla plot is PKR 1,000,000 down and PKR 62,500 per month. See the Payment Plans page for every plot size.

Are there any hidden or additional charges?

No hidden charges. Corner, park-facing and main-boulevard plots carry standard surcharges that are disclosed upfront on your payment schedule before you sign anything.

When will Phase 2 possession be available?

Phase 2 development is progressing block by block. Based on the current schedule, early blocks (D and E) are targeted for possession in late 2027, subject to balloting and development milestones.

What utilities are provided?
